3 options in how to send a printable get well card

1. Choose an electronic greeting card from the vast range of Create and Print features available and print off your own
2. Hunt down a company where you can personalize your card for them to print and send to you – or to your selected recipient
3. Buy some of the great software on the market and make your own – to your specifications and using your own photos
If you’re looking for ease of use, my two preferred routes are No. 1 and No. 2. Buying card-making software takes some research time and practice to get it all set up. Of course if you relish this ‘getting to know you ‘ time then this won’t bother you at all – in fact you’ll look forward to the challenge! Just remember that you'll need to invest in a decent printer, photo paper and cartridges.
But if you need a quicker, ‘decide what I want, pay for it, move on’ set up then the ultimate easy-peasy way is to opt for one of the personalized services. They really do take the strain out of the printing. You’ve no set up, no planning and really, once you’ve decided on what you want it’s over to them. Of course, you pay extra for the service, but having sent a number of these cards I can vouch for their quality. They really are pretty impressive shop-bought quality – and turn-around is pretty quick.
And, if you’re comfortable with pre-payment, you can set up an account where they remind you when your ‘bank’ is running low. That way you don’t have to keep entering your information and things can really speed up.
One of the joys of the personalized print service is the range of designs and colors available. If you’re looking for a printable get well card for a kid – no problem, or a general printable get well soon card. You can choose from loads of designs and get going pretty quickly.
Your choice really depends on the time you have available to spend getting familiar with new set ups and your preference in how much hands-on input you have in both your selection and your creation.
Time spent getting familiar with a site’s layout is never wasted if you initially like what you see. Think of how much quicker it will be for you next time to get that printable get well card in, out and away.
