Foil lined envelopes add a touch of class

Foil lined envelopes really finish off the writing and sending of a special card.  Whether you've made it yourself, printed it, or are using one of the many card creation services available, there's no doubt about it.  The envelope says so much about what's inside.

I could wax lyrical about the purpose and value of the humble envelope.  The truth is that envelopes are not all they seem.  They're not just to house and protect your card.  They're the bringer of news, the giver of tidings, and as such they should be considered as much a part of the card creation process.

Of course, if you're using a card pack or a single card and accompanying envelope then you have no choice.  Somewhere along the line someone considered the appropriate to go with your card - and you're stuck with it.  Of course for many of us, this makes things so much easier.  Having gone through all the processes of finally choosing a card, we really don't want to be bothered with repeating this with the envelope.

Those of you ordering important things such as wedding invitations, baby shower note cards, or christenings will no doubt have been surprised at all the options out there. So settling on a foil lined envelope may be a luxurious, but a welcome decision.

Just think what it does for your card as it nestles within its foil covering.  Imagine the pleasure of opening a foil lined envelope, as opposed to a standard white low-quality substitute.

Of course we associate the foil lined envelope with grand occasion.  Most of us have seen the 'performance' at televised events where an over sized embossed card is eased lovingly out its magnificent foil lined envelope to a waiting audience!

Perhaps that's what we want too, as we buy our envelopes to carry our own important news, invitations and announcements.  These moments do qualify for such a statement, but don't be misled in thinking that this is pure indulgence.  These days companies offer some splendid packs and one of the best is Paper.com.

Just look at the choices:

Pearl Foil lined
Gold Foil lined
Red Foil lined
Silver Foil lined

They do Invitation and Announcement sets, envelope packs and a great range of Carlson Craft products.

Go on - make your event special  by delivering it in its own classy, foil-lined envelope.

Just key in 'Foil Lined Envelopes' to see their tremendous range of sumptuous envelopes and start planning how you will send your next special invitation and announcement cards.
