Get the whole kit and caboodle here

There’s really no alternative to a handmade greeting card when you want a card for a special occasion. There are no end of great ways to make a card, but the simplest is to use a good greeting card craft kit.  When they’re put together well, you can be sure that you’ll get all the right materials and those all important clear, how-to instructions.

I’ve been teaching crafts for some time now and one of the most popular courses has always been card crafts.  People just love making a handmade greeting card. Having shared card projects with all sorts of different groups I’ve found how to share instructions so that they are foolproof.

Of course it’s one thing to show someone how to do something and quite another how to explain it in writing.  But that’s the challenge of good instructions.  When the layout is right then following them is simple.

So if you’ve always hankered for some kind of card making kit but haven’t made the plunge – or if you’re a seasoned crafter looking for new kits to try, then the series of handmade greeting card kits are highly recommended.

There are a number available:

  • Embossed Foil Card
  • Glass Painted Card
  • Shadow Quilting Card
  • Somerset Patchwork Card

Definitely the whole kit and caboodle . You get Materials, a full breakdown of how to make each card, and designs to go with it.

Complete with all the essential things you’ll need, plus step by step instructions, these kits, available through The Craft Teacher (sister to Greeting Card Guide) will help you to make a truly impressive handmade greeting card for that someone special.
