Hi, I'm Geraldine Jozefiak and based in Norwich near the Norfolk Broads, in the U.K.

I set up Greeting Card Guide to provide quality information on card giving and card making together with relevant news and tips. I love everything about cards.

I’ve a background in teaching and crafting and 20 years experience of sharing craft information with others. For some years in my early teaching career  I worked as an activity leader in day care centres and care homes.  I loved it - helping others to create different things, trying to get bodies and minds that couldn't co-ordinate to enjoy crafts.

For a number of years I worked in reminiscence, training volunteers in how to encourage those with dementia to share their stories.  I've also run teacher training courses and been a craft teacher for my local Adult Education Authority.  One of the most popular courses was a 6-week card making course.

My passion for craft teaching has taken me through many teaching qualifications including my own training as a National Craft Judge.

It was at this time that I started writing craft books, making craft kits and running my own craft courses. Many of these are available through my sister site The Craft Teacher.

These days I concentrate on writing commissions, providing publishing content for my web sites and creating new craft multimedia products. I can still occasionally be found Judging at local shows and teaching for my County Authority.
